One of the key benefits for Mobilis was the addition of powerful business modules, such as the Absence Manager, which offer additional functionality whilst developing a self service approach to people management. The Absence Manager will allow Mobilis to benefit from an easy to use approval and workflow process that allows managers to authorise and access key information securely. This will save many man hours and reduce the workload of the HR department.
